1 Definitions and Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the jongli game platform and all related services. In this document, "we", "us" or "platform" refers to jongli game and its operating team. "You" or "member" refers to any registered or unregistered user.

2 Account Registration

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
6.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may only be usable on specific games or categories
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus will be forfeited

7 Game Rules

7.1 Game Outcomes
All game results are entirely random and not predetermined. No member or external software can influence a game's outcome. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault, jongli game will make a decision based on the circumstances.
7.2 Betting Limits
Each game or market has specific minimum and maximum betting limits, which will be clearly displayed in the game interface. jongli game reserves the right to adjust a member's betting limits as needed.
7.3 Sports Betting
For sports betting, bets are accepted before the match starts or up to a specified time. Odds may change during live betting. If a match is abandoned or postponed indefinitely, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jongli game platform and may result in account cancellation and legal action:
- Any attempt at fraud, manipulation or gaining unfair advantage
- Playing games using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence
- Attempting to collect another member's information unlawfully
- Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or software
- Operating an account using another person's identity
- Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse
- Harassing or behaving abusively towards other members
If evidence of any of the above activities is found, jongli game may cancel the account and withhold the balance without prior notice.
9 Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 Account Closure by Member
You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before making the request. There is also an option to temporarily or permanently close your account through the self-exclusion program.
9.2 Account Suspension by the Platform
jongli game may suspend or cancel an account for the following reasons:
- Breach of these Terms
- Providing false or incomplete information
- Failure to complete identity verification
- Suspicious or unusual transaction patterns
- Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
In cases of account cancellation, the decision to return any valid balance will depend on the circumstances. There is no obligation to return the balance of an account cancelled due to a breach of rules.
10 Limitation of Liability
jongli game strives to maintain the highest quality of service, but cannot accept liability in the following cases:
- Loss caused by internet connection disruption
- Software or hardware faults on the member's device
- Disruption to a third-party payment provider's service
- Unauthorised access to an account due to the member's own negligence
- Natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances
jongli game is not liable for financial losses arising from gambling or betting activity. Consider your financial situation before playing and never bet beyond your means.
11 Privacy and Data Protection
